I had some training with Paige ‘step into skin’ which was a full 2 day course. Prior to the course Paige was friendly, informative and approachable. She sent out the training manuals so I could have an in depth read and prepare for the course and a confirmation email. When I went into the salon she was so welcoming and kind, everybody that worked at the clinic was so so lovely. The clinic itself is incredibly beautiful and clean! It’s so warm and cosy I just loved being there in general (can’t wait to have some treatments. Quickly realised how knowledgeable Paige was, she is thorough and honest and didn’t miss a trick. She told us everything there was to know it was like her brain was in the manual so we always have the information available to hand when we leave and are on our owns. She talked us through all the theory across the 2 days in the morning, answered any questions. In the afternoons using the models she provided we applied theory to practice and carried out all the treatments we learnt about from setting up, The treatment itself, the way to perform the treatments, how things work, what they do etc. we got some videos and photographs for social media content and Paige was also really helpful and guided us on how to treat different skin types for example acne prone, oily skin, aged skin etc. she was on hand all the time to support us and there was 2 people per course so she can give us her undivided attention throughout the procedures on the models. She has a heart of gold and is funny which made me feel at ease. If you’re thinking about doing any training here I would 10000% recommend! You won’t be disappointed and the prices are so affordable too! Thankyou so much Paige, you are amazing at what you do and should be extremely proud of yourself and the salon. Neelam xxx

My second time at this clinic and I am blown away! I have had 2 different facial treatments, both amazing experiences, the pre and aftercare advice is second to none - Paige is only a message away with any burning questions which is so reassuring. All the staff are so friendly/polite and super professional, yet so welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. A free complimentary massage is always a bonus too! Wouldn’t go anywhere else and 1000% would recommend!
