I can highly recommend Antionette. I had pain in my knees and ankles that was really troubling me and after a couple of visits my pain went and went onto run a marathon.

I am very active and the treatment I receive from Antoinette is excellent, her ability to evaluate my aches and pains is spot on. When I leave, I walk out with no discomfort and feel great. Antoinette is very knowledgeable and professional, she makes me feel comfortable, understands what I need as well as giving special attention to any new injuries, due to my training regime. The facilities, massage table and equipment etc are very hygienic, and Antoinette will always fit me in when I ring and is very reliable. I would not go anywhere else!

I first went to Antoinette a couple of years ago when I had a mad problem with my left leg/foot. Every time I drove, when I got out of the vehicle, I struggled to walk and if a long journey, even put my foot to the floor! I have to admit I was a bit of a sceptic so didn't really expect much of a change but how wrong could I be! Even after just one session, my pain was significantly reduced when I got home. A couple of sessions later, the problem had almost completely gone and I was soon back to normal. More recently I have been to see Antoinette as an old mountain biking injury (broken and dislocated right shoulder) has been, as predicted with advancing years, causing quite sickening pain and limited mobility in that joint. As above, a couple of sessions in and the treatment, along with hot/cold treatment at home and exercises, has seen a dramatic improvement and a huge reduction in the pain and discomfort. Antoinette is a master at her craft and she is also a wonderful person - easy to chat to and puts you at ease. I would happily (and indeed have to a number of people who have also been happy) recommend her services. Easy five star review on every level. Thank you Antoinette :)

Professional, Expert and Empathy - I was in anguish pain level and to have Antoinette’s intensive session plan as a solution, her depth of understanding that we are all different and her expert knowledge to get me up and walking was and is outstanding service. It was just such a relief to have less pain and I was able to get back to my own Consultancy more quickly so I could continue to help others.
