Vicki is the most amazing florist! The care and attention to detail she gives is beyond all expectations. She really is incredible and every bouquet is a work of art. She gives absolutely everything to what she does with each display showcasing every ounce of effort she puts into her exquisite craft. The quality of the flowers is amazing, so you know you're getting the best available and at very reasonable prices too. She did the flowers at my wedding and they were absolutely outstanding and so beautiful. She listened to my requirements, with great patience and went above and beyond with everything. Everyone was blown away by the balcony waterfall of flowers, the bouquets, the pagoda display and table displays. I can't recommend her enough, she's so lovely, kind and friendly and makes you feel like nothing is too much trouble. She put my mind at complete ease and I felt so comfortable and confident in her ability to do what we wanted. She is my go to florist for all and any occasions now. I wont use anyohe else as they just dont even come close! She's so accommodating to often last minute requests. Her attitude to customer service is like none I've experienced before. Victoria did the flowers for my summer wedding last year and they were absolutely incredible! We talked several times well before the big day and based on just my tastes, vague ideas about the day, and my the colour scheme, Victoria prepared the most Beautiful flowers for myself, the bridesmaids, the corsages, and the venue table decoration. The flowers and the colours she used were absolutely perfect and they shine in every single one of the photos. Victoria was so very friendly and professional, and kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. On the big day, the flowers were delivered to the venue and set up promptly by Victoria herself, taking away all of the stress! I am absolutely chuffed that we went with Victoria on our special day; she was patient with us, captured our ideas for the day perfectly, kept up constant communication, and gave us a very reasonable price for the wonderful package.
