Ordered delivery on the weekend and food came fast, was very very good and piping hot on arrival.

Ordered from here for years. Used to be decent but massive decline in service. Always forgetting main parts of order and that’s if they even turn up. Price always rising portions shrinking.
Shame as the food itself is nice. If you don’t mind waiting 2+ hours mid-week maybe give it a go but just not worth it anymore.
Cancelled our order but can see an arduous task to get refund given the way it’s run.
Go to Indian Ocean or Pasha if you want a better kebab that’ll arrive same day and in full.

Popped in for a calzone pretty late on and they made it up nice and fresh for me.
Tasted great and wasn't greasy

Placed an order online and after about 10 minutes I noticed that it was accidently set as collection rather than for delivery. Now this was my mistake as I didn't even think to change it when ordering. However, what was not my mistake is what followed. I rang the store up and stated that my online order was set as collection and if I could request to change it to delivery and that I would be happy to pay whatever the delivery cost is that it didn't charge me on the site. The person on the phone then replied "It's delivery only". "Okay...I want delivery anyway." If it really is delivery only then why was collection even an option? She then tried to find my order. Asking if I was called Damien and also giving a completely different order number. Eventually she found my order and asked if 91 Market Street was my address....I just said "No, that's your address". As it was the current address set for the order due to it being for collection. Poor girl doesn't even know where she is. I then told her my address. Gave her my house number which she replied back to me (correctly I may add). Around 40 minutes later, I thought I'd call again just to double-check it is still being delivered. "Oh, we knocked and they said they hadn't ordered anything. We also tried 33 and they didn't answer so the driver came back here." "Which house did you knock on originally?" "35". "I'm at 34." "It says 35 here". Just to clarify, I was speaking to the exact same person as I was before. "I said 34 which you said back to me." Now I should add that the houses on our street are setup in such a way that all the odd numbers are on one side and all the even are on the other. So, by going to 35/33, we never even knew they were there as they were on the complete opposite end of the street. She then said she would send the order again (fresh apparently) to the correct house. Eventually, it did arrive. For some reason the kebab we ordered came twice. I expect they gave us the original one as well as the new one. Random free food aside, this service was awful. Yes, clicking collection was my fault. But at no point when knocking on the wrong house did they think "Oh, let's call and see what's going on." They had my number from my online account AND from when I called them myself (same number). Not once did they think to call me. The driver could've rang the store who then could've rang me. But nope. Terrible communication skills. Terrible communication from a girl who did not even know the address for the building she works in. We have had several problems like this during the year and this was ordered on New Years Eve. What a legacy to set for 2023...

Having had pizzas from here for years, it would seem that the latest team working here have lost their way.
Ordered 3 pizzas for collection. Turned up to find only 2 cooked. Apparently we hadn't ordered 3, even though the 1st & 3rd ordered were the cooked ones.
Had to wait for missing one to be cooked, all the while the other 2 were getting cold.
Once at home, they are only warm with soggy floppy bases (to much cheese me thinks) and how the hell do they all taste the same??
Bitterly disappointed, out of pocket and still hungry at they are not getting eaten.
Will not be using again.

I've always enjoyed whatever I've ordered from here, I really enjoy the pasta. The cheesy garlic bread is especially exceptional. Two thumbs up 👍👍 from me, only lost one due to time on delivery but 9 times out of 10 that cannot be helped by them either. Traffic etc

Overpriced and has gone so downhill!
£10.50 for basic chicken kebab? Insane price, overpriced at £6.50! Ordered one kebab to be extra large and with additional naan. It came just the same size as the other one ordered and had no extra naan..
Ordered the chicken burger. Description is ‘grilled chicken’ what came was a deep fried £0.20 cook from frozen horrible thing.
Do not buy their rubbish, what a shame

£8.50 kebab which may I add was missing off the order to begin with. These guys used to be fantastic, they missed half of my order last weekend too, I think it may be time to move on. Wouldn’t mind but we’ve always used these guys used to be excellent now turning into your offbeat typical kebab shop most likely servicing the drunkards on market street.

So, seeing as its only possible to give one star then thats where i will start with this review although i'd like to start with 0 stars. Having not lived in Westhoughton for a few years and having returned on a night out i opted for supper at the former Pizza Perfect due to the over priced alternative opposite the Wheatsheaf where a medium pizza now costs £9.00!!!!! Having decided to opt for a chicken in a naan bread at Italiano Chicken, 10 minutes later i was presented with a naan bread containing a few scraps of charred chicken, burnt, hard and quite honestly far from being worth the £6.00 being charged. Many places offer kebabs for this sort of money which you simply can't challenge in terms of value for money, this however was quite simply a embarrassment for them to serve at £6.00! You really need to re-evaluate what you are providing to your customers for the prices you are charging, not value for money or even a quality product. Despite the numerous positive and equally negative reviews i don't see how you can sustain providing substandard products at extortionate prices.
