Locked out of my van. They managed to come the very next day. Failed to get into my van, but also didn't charge me. So I Rang a local auto locksmith the next day. Turned up in an hour. Accessed my van in 5 minutes. Had me a new key fob made within half an hour.

I went it after ringing a few places and I can't fault the service one bit. The lady who served was very polite and friendly. She immediately understood the problem with the door lock I bought and mentioned they could repair the locking mechanism without the need of spending any extra on whole lock piece. Just been and eventually got the lock I required after being asked 20 unessary questions, it was like being on a episode of the chase. Was asking about a new drill bit to drill locks out but absolutely got no relevant information about what I was after so walked out. Used them for 22 years and use to be great but the Staff now are a bit uninformed and not very helpful. Time to swerve and buy online

Sent them an ignition barrel from a bike we bought as a cat n with no keys. They made a new key to fit the barrel and it fitted petrol tank and steering lock. Bike is now running. Big thanks to Bolton Lock Company.

I wanted a key cut for my Honda CRV-Tec Sport. The reason was my old key case was broken and held together with tape. I had the parts ( new case etc ) so just wanted key cut and I would swop over the transponder into the new casing etc. Took it in. Handed bits over.Job done. £12. Not the £240 quoted to me by another shop. Excellent service/value/quality
