I ruined my pandora bracelet by polishing off the gold plating on the clasp by mistake. I was really gutted and went on the hunt for someone who could fix it, I came across Lee and immediately contacted him, he told me he wasn't sure if he could do it, but would take a look. As I had to go to Bolton that day, I dropped it in in person and he said he'd definitely have a good try. 2 days later and it was as good as new! I'm beyond relieved and so happy with the service and the outcome, you can't tell it was ever polished off! Stay away from Silvro around gold plated items people, but if you do mess up, I reccommend this company!

I’ve just received a necklace back from Lee after he re-plated it in gold. Such a great job – an old piece of jewellery that had turned black is now restored to its former sparkle. The necklace means a great deal to me as it was a present from my parents 50 years ago. Have just received the case parts of an Atmos clock back from Lee, which he has gold plated for me. I am very impressed with the quality of the work that has been done at a very reasonable cost.
